       Then the Dizeniers levy the tax from their Dizenier, & brings it to the Centenier; & the Centenier to the Millenier, & the Millenier to the Dix millenier, who takes the whole to the Treasurer of the capital city of the Province without taking any salary for the bearing, especially since he is pledged to his Majesty.
       This is how the Taxes are imposed, levied & put in the public coffers without any cost & expense. If there is any individual who faces difficulty in paying his tax
